Murder again in WB Bhangar, friend's throat slit after dispute over liquor contract

Another murder took place in Bhangarh in South 24 Parganas during the panchayat elections in West Bengal. This time an idol artist was murdered.

The deceased artist's name is Ajay Pal. His friend Raju Sheikh allegedly killed him by slitting his throat after a dispute over liquor. Raju Sheikh is said to be on the run since the incident. The Baruipur police are looking for him.

Ajay Pal is known to have been drinking alcohol with his friend Raju Sheikh in Garanberia area of ​​Bhangar late on Sunday night. Then an argument started between them about something.

Raju Sheikh then allegedly cut Ajay Pal's throat with a sharp weapon. After slitting his throat, Ajay Pal himself died on the spot due to profuse bleeding. After finding out the information, the police arrived at the scene. But even before that accused Raju Sheikh fled from there.

According to local sources, Ajay and Raju are residents of the same locality. The two were often seen together at boozy parties. Similarly, two friends started drinking together on this day.
